NANO GUARD PLUS POLY CONCRETE AND MASONRY SEALER

SEAL-ONCE® NANO GUARD™ PLUS POLY Concrete and Masonry Sealer combines our proprietary 

nano-polymer formula with the strength of polyurethane to provide 360° of protection. Its flexible 

barrier prevents concrete, brick and masonry deterioration caused by water intrusion.

Our NANO GUARD PLUS POLY comes in a clear matte finish that will not alter the original 

appearance of concrete, brick or masonry, will not yellow over time, and will not add a sheen to the 

surface, making it slick or slippery.

The addition of our high-quality, long-lasting water based polyurethane provides abrasion and UV-

resistance, protecting your concrete and masonry from weathering, scuffs and scratches, in addition 

to preventing water damage.

NANO GUARD PLUS POLY stops water from leaching out natural salts in concrete, preventing 

efflorescence. It is also chemical resistant, protecting concrete from harsh chemicals such as 

chlorine.

NANO GUARD PLUS POLY is a water based, low VOC, non-toxic, low odor formula that can be 

applied around landscaping, vegetation or around water without causing damage.
