Problem: Brick and mortar very old, water was penetrating and causing mold in the

interior.

Solution: Repaint loose mortar and apply two coats of Seal Once MSW.

Problem: Conventional water proofing system requires the installation of a membrane

followed by 25mm concrete cover. Seal Once MSW can just be applied directly onto the

existing concrete and water proof the river duct.
